Intechgrity is a consultancy company, nothing more, nothing less.
But our approach differs from most consulting companies. We don’t have thousands of consultants. We have about a hundred, but those we have, we know very well and have worked with most of them for more than 5-20 years. We are very serious about our relationship to our consultants because we believe people matters.
At Intechgrity, we excel in creating the perfect match between our clients' unique consultancy needs and our consultants' expertise. We always strive to find the best-suited candidate for the right task - based on both competencies and personality in relation to the team. We are specialized within the embedded domain. Our core competence is the area of embedded software, hardware, and mechanics - in other words, the skills required for device development. This also involves testing, project management, agile coaching, management and QA.

ABOUT INTECHGRITY
The name
The name 'Intechgrity' mirrors our guiding principle: integrity. It's the quality we bring to our work daily, a reflection of trust, respect, care, insight, and honesty — values that define who we are and how we operate.
The founder
Our founder, Kim Fahrenholtz, brings more than 20 years of experience in the consulting industry, particularly within the embedded software, hardware, and mechanics area.
In addition to his extensive career in the IT industry, his entrepreneurial spirit is evident through co-founding Embedit in 2000 and establishing TechPeople in 2010. Both companies, well-known in the industry, have experienced remarkable growth, going from zero to over 100 million DKK in annual revenue.
The heart of the office
Mette Fahrenholtz, with her 12 years of experience in the consulting sector, including the last 9 years spent at TechPeople, heads our front office operations. She is responsible for managing administrative functions such as contracts, timesheets, billing, and orchestrating social events and team-building activities.
Mette has always understood the importance of strengthening relationships with consultants and customers. You can look forward to receiving a warm welcome and a great smile when you visit our office.
